Example of key projects
Green Steps Malaysia recently launched its lifestyle mobile app called GreenSteps, which aims to reduce carbon footprint in the area. Users who use the app receive Green Points to the price of carbon reduced through actions that can be taken and recorded on the app. One of the organization’s most recent initiatives is to bring eateries, households and residents in the local area onboard to partake in community composting and urban gardening. It is hoped that this effort will help reduce food waste and initiate composting practices. They aim to onboard 50 eateries and 200 residents in their focal area and have also done extensive work on organizing curb-side collections of recyclable materials towards their mission of zero waste.We use cookies and other identifiers to help improve your online
