This video stars Rahmah binti Mohamad Said, my grandmother (affectionately called ‘Nenek’) who, alongside my family, changed our land in Kajang, Selangor, to a greener place. The effort began about 20-30 years ago when they joined a yard-decorating competition. The experience of beautifying this small place of greenery made them realize they are actually contributing to the environment.
